RÉSERVE NATURELLE NATIONALE DE LA FORÊT DE LA MASSANE

Created in 1973, the Forêt de la Massane National Nature Reserve is one of the first nature reserves in France. For over 50 years, it has been regarded as an open-air laboratory, welcoming scientists from all over the world. With over 8200 species recorded on just 336 ha, it is one of the best inventoried sites in the world.
