Since 2017, Louis and Quentin Modat have been cultivating their vines biodynamically (Biodyvin). Located in Cassagnes, in the heart of the Agly valley and at the entrance to the Fenouillèdes massif, the estate benefits from a rare and singular terroir. Each wine is a sincere and authentic expression of its terroir, an alchemy of nature, exceptional know-how and respect for natural cycles.
