Taken over at the end of 2012 by Maison Cazes, Les Clos de Paulilles, located in the Anse de Paulilles, is an emblematic estate between Collioure and Banyuls whose wines are recognized the world over for their quality. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm, with tours of the estate on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm in July and August. Reservations required on 04 68 81 49 79.
