ABBAYE SAINTE MARIE D'ARLES SUR TECH

A Benedictine abbey founded in 778, Saint Mary's Abbey can pride itself on being the oldest Carolingian abbey in Catalonia. The Romanesque church with three naves houses a large Schmidt organ from the 18th century. The 13th century Gothic cloister is adjacent to the church.
