EGLISE SAINT PIERRE DE PRADES

The 17th century Church of St. Peter is the essential monument of the town. Built on the bases of a Romanesque church of which it remains today, the bell-tower of Lombard style of XIIè century. The nave is flanked by 14 chapels. The altarpiece of the high altar, realized at the end of the XVIIth century by the Catalan sculptor Joseph Sunyer, is the biggest baroque altarpiece in France.
