📍 Corneilla-de-Conflent
EGLISE STE MARIE DE CORNEILLA DE CONFLENT
Corneilla, residence of the Counts of Cerdagne Conflent, owes a very rich church to its proximity. Bell tower of the first Romanesque art (XIth century) but especially facade and chevet of the XIIth century, in big device, decorated with sculptures. A former collegiate church, it still has its 13th century stalls, 3 Romanesque virgins, a 14th century liturgical cabinet and an alabaster altarpiece (1346).
