Domaine du Clot de l'Oum is nestled in the heart of the Fenouillèdes region, between the Agly and Têt valleys, in the foothills of the eastern Pyrenees. A 12-hectare high-altitude vineyard, whose wines have been certified organic since 2000 and produced using the natural wine method. Spread out between 400 and 600m altitude, the plots are made up of old vines.
