CAVE COOPÉRATIVE LE DOMINICAIN
Founded in 1290, the Dominican monastery has influenced the life of the town for five centuries. In 1926, it was bought by the Collioure winegrowers and transformed into a cooperative winery. The tour explores the terroir, landscape and skills used to produce Collioure Banyuls PDO wines.
