CHATEAU DE L'OU
Our vineyard, with its typically Mediterranean grape varieties, is managed in Organic Agriculture: 28 hectares on the arid terroir of Montescot and 12 hectares on the schist of the Haute Vallée de l'Agly. Séverine and Philippe Bourrier have rebuilt this property by replanting more than half of the vineyard and renovating the winery, with the aim of producing high quality wines.
